Most people think support is the team you call when something breaks.
I have spent the last six years proving it’s more than that. Done right, support is infrastructure.
Where experience, retention and product feedback meet.
Off the clock, somewhere on a trailI lead support for Duplicator at Awesome Motive, one of the most relied-on backup and migration plugins in the WordPress ecosystem.
I came up through the technical side: application support and development first, then WPForms and Thrive Themes, and now leading the senior support team for Duplicator. That path means I am just as comfortable tracing a migration error as designing the system that prevents the next one.
Most of my work today is architecting AI agent workflows across the full support lifecycle, covering intake, billing, disputes, technical resolution, retention and QA, so the repetitive work is handled and my team can focus on conversations that actually need a human.
AI is not a side tool for me. I spend most of my working day alongside agents I have built: they draft, triage, audit and test while I direct, review and ship. Leading a team of AI agents has become as core to my craft as leading people.
Most recently I have stepped into growth initiatives, turning what support learns about customers into content and campaigns that bring new ones in. Support sees the whole customer journey, and growth is where that insight compounds.
Away from the queue, I recharge the same way I work: one steady step at a time, usually on a forest trail.
Retention is the job
Every renewal, cancellation and failed payment is a relationship worth saving, not a ticket to close.
Outcome-driven leadership
Growing a senior team with clear plans, honest standards, and escalation paths that hold up under pressure.
Wins should compound
The AI skills and workflows built for one team get shared across the company, not hoarded.
